Cancellation policy.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your session with Harrie or Charlie, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. 48 hours notice is required for a refund. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you are required to still pay half of the session cost, plus a $20 cancellation fee. No refund or reschedule will be issued if you fail to attend the time slot you purchased.
